About Me

I LOVE travelling and exploring! Any spare time I have you will find me planning our next holiday or day away! I spend hours reading travel books, blogs, websites and Lonely Planets!  Exploring has always been in my blood but really took off when I was 16 and I travelled to Australia from the UK for a 6 week holiday with my family and we camped our way around Australia..I bought my first Lonely Planet  and that was that! After graduating from University I embarked on what would become 2 years of travelling the world, I returned to work in the travel industry and eventually ended up moving to New Zealand where I now live and am a Stay At Home Mum to my 3 wonderful kids!

As well as  travelling overseas we love exploring the other side of our own doorstep...I really want to share our adventures and inspire you to make your own and also give handy tips and trivia, I learn so much from other people I feel I would like to give back.
